XO CROSS® SOLUTION

Micro and support catheters are used to help navigate guidewires through complex lesions and facilitate guidewire exchanges during interventional procedures in patients with coronary or peripheral artery disease. Legacy technologies often fail to provide sufficient guidewire support, are prone to kinking, and lack the pushability needed to successfully cross severe calcifications and plaque.

XO Cross represents next-generation catheter technology by implementing a proprietary non-tapered, unibody, metal alloy design. The non-tapered feature means the profile of the device remains constant along the length of shaft allowing for market-leading 175cm shaft lengths and telescoping or coaxial dual support. The unibody shaft delivers progressive flex which translates to new levels of pushability, torque response, and catheter fatigue resistance. All of this combines to deliver a truly cost-effective XO Cross platform for tackling complex peripheral lesions and vasculature. Learn more below.
